All of our packages include one hour of free virtual consulting with your CPA, access to and use of our modern client portal, Taxdome, an in-depth review of your tax documents, and access to our Tax Planning and Tax Strategy services. Individual Taxes - Pricing Guide

  • Our tax preparation fees for ‘Simple Taxes’ range from $500 - $1,000 and may include:

    1 to 2 W2 Forms

    1 to 2 Investment Accounts

    1 Small Business

    1 Rental Property

  • Our tax preparation fees for ‘Advanced Taxes’ range from $1,000 - $1,500 and may include:

    2 to 4 W2 Forms

    2 to 4 Investment Accounts

    Itemized Deductions

    1 to 2 Small Business

    1 to 2 Rental Properties

  • Our tax preparation fees for ‘Complex Taxes’ range from $1,500 - $2,500 and may include:

    4+ W2 Forms

    4+ Investment Accounts

    Itemized Deductions

    3+ Small Businesses

    3+ Rental Properties or Royalties

    RSU’s and Stock Options

  • Our consulting fees are $400 per hour and are billed in 15-minute increments. Sessions typically include:

    -A virtual one-on-one with your CPA

    -Review of questions and documents before the meeting

    -Customized projections or analysis based on client goals

    -Assessment of previous year returns and their accuracy

    -Advising on tax projection and estimates, new business formation, operations, dispositions, filing status, entity selection, etc.

Business Taxes - Pricing Guide

  • Tax preparation fees for business Forms 1065 and 1120S range from $1,000 - $1,500 and may include:

    1 Business Partner

    1 to 2 Depreciable Assets

    1 to 2 Adjusting Journal Entries

    1 Cost of goods sold schedule

  • Tax preparation fees for business Forms 1065 and 1120S range from $1,500 - $2,000 and may include:

    1 to 3 Business Partners

  • Our consulting fees are $400 per hour and are prorated in 15-minute increments. Sessions typically include:
