Luke T. Weissgarber, CPA
Founder & Principal | Strategic Tax Advisor
Luke Weissgarber is the founder and principal of Weissgarber CPA, where he advises individuals, families, and business owners on sophisticated tax matters with an emphasis on long-term strategy rather than short-term reaction.
With over a decade of experience in public accounting, Luke began his career at global firms, including KPMG and PwC, where he developed a strong technical foundation and advised clients across a wide range of industries. He later established Weissgarber CPA to offer a more personal, relationship-centered alternative — one grounded in accessibility, thoughtful planning, and consistent advisor involvement.
Luke specializes in working with high-performing professionals, closely held businesses, and financially established households seeking proactive guidance in an increasingly complex tax environment. Clients value his ability to translate technical rules into clear direction, anticipate opportunities for planning, and provide steady leadership through pivotal financial decisions.
He holds a Master’s degree in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and maintains an active CPA license in Washington.
Outside of the office, Luke enjoys spending time in the Pacific Northwest exploring the outdoors, cycling, and pursuing photography — interests that reflect his appreciation for both discipline and creativity.

Director of Client Experience & Firm Operations
Amy Weissgarber leads client experience and firm operations at Weissgarber CPA, overseeing the systems, communication, and service standards that support a seamless and highly personalized client journey.
With a strong background in marketing, branding, and visual communications, Amy plays a central role in shaping the firm’s client-centered approach — ensuring that each interaction reflects the professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail the firm is known for.
Her work extends beyond operational leadership. Amy continually refines the firm’s processes to enhance clarity, efficiency, and ease, allowing clients to feel organized and supported throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Clients often recognize Amy as a steady and approachable point of connection within the firm, helping translate complex workflows into a more human, thoughtful experience.
Outside of her role, Amy is a professional photographer whose creative perspective informs her work in branding and client communication. She enjoys travel, design, and creative projects that inspire fresh ideas and meaningful connections.
