Luke T. Weissgarber, CPA
Founder & Principal | Strategic Tax Advisor
Luke Weissgarber is the founder and principal of Weissgarber CPA, where he advises individuals, families, and business owners on sophisticated tax matters with a focus on long-term strategy over short-term reaction.
With over a decade of experience in public accounting, Luke began his career at global firms including KPMG and PwC, where he developed a strong technical foundation and advised clients across a wide range of industries. He later established Weissgarber CPA to offer a more personal, relationship-centered approach grounded in accessibility, thoughtful planning, and consistent advisor involvement.
Luke specializes in working with high-performing professionals, closely held businesses, and financially established households seeking proactive guidance in an increasingly complex tax environment. Clients value his ability to translate technical rules into clear direction, anticipate planning opportunities, and provide steady leadership through pivotal financial decisions.
He holds a Master’s degree in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and maintains an active CPA license in Washington.
Outside of the office, Luke enjoys spending time in the Pacific Northwest exploring the outdoors, cycling, and pursuing landscape photography. These interests reflect his appreciation for both discipline and creativity.

Amy Weiss leads marketing and operations at Weissgarber CPA, playing a central role in the firm’s growth, client experience, and overall execution.
She oversees the systems, communication, and strategic initiatives that shape how the firm operates and how clients experience working together. With a background in marketing, branding, and digital strategy, Amy has led efforts across website development, SEO, content, and client communications, contributing to meaningful business growth and a strong, consistent brand presence.
Amy bridges big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution, bringing clarity to complex processes and strengthening the systems that support the firm’s continued growth.
Known for her calm and approachable presence, Amy is a trusted point of contact for clients, helping create an experience that feels organized, responsive, and thoughtful from start to finish.
Outside of her role, Amy is a professional photographer whose creative perspective informs her approach to branding and communication. She enjoys traveling, design, and creative work that inspires fresh ideas and new ways of seeing.
